Our 3-star hotel, located in a 14th century residence at the foot of the majestic Notre-Dame de Strasbourg cathedral, reveals a timeless charm.
Nestled in the heart of Strasbourg's Grande-Île district, the superb historic centre classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it is just a few steps from the city's must-see places. It is right beside the splendid Palais Rohan, which houses three magnificent museums, and is a stone's throw from the peaceful banks of the river Ill and the pier of the bateaux-mouches.
A true city oasis, the terrace is a delight for travellers from morning to night when the temperatures become milder. A magnificent corner of vegetation in the heart of the city, which becomes the witness of moments of sharing and meeting throughout the day.

Driven by a passion for the profession and a taste for excellence, the Hotel Suisse team leaves nothing to chance in order to make your stay a wonderful one. Constant attention to detail, attentive service, warm smiles are a reflection of the kindness and friendliness that reign within our house and that have made it famous.
Our 25 rooms, all singular and unique, some cosy and intimate, others larger and more spacious, but all with smooth and authentic atmospheres, have been carefully equipped and decorated. The setting is cozy with the soft duvets combined with the Alsatian Kelsch fabric in linen and cotton.
Most of the rooms in our 3-star hotel in Strasbourg offer a magnificent view of the cathedral. Some of them face the back of the building, overlooking a small alley.
Facilities & Services
We do not have air conditioning. As our building is listed, the technical constraints related to the installation of air conditioning are incompatible with the requirements of the Bâtiments de France (Bâtiments de France is a Government Department that looks after the architectural heritage of France). However, you will find a fan in each of our rooms.
The architecture and configuration of our 14th century residence do not allow us, and we sincerely regret it, to accommodate people with reduced mobility.

On the ground floor, our Alsatian living room with its décor of beams and half-timbers gently wakes you up to enjoy a generous breakfast. Local delicacies garnish the very gourmet buffet, of which the Kougelhopf d'Alsace is the star. It can be served on the terrace on sunny days, or in your room, at your convenience.
