The Strasbourg Carnival awaits young and old alike on Sunday, March 23, 2025. It's a day of festivities in the Alsatian capital, to say goodbye to winter and hello to spring! The theme of the 2025 edition: animal tales.

The next Strasbourg Carnival will take place on Sunday, March 23, 2025 ????. The procession, the highlight of this festive day, will start at 3pm from the Route de Vienne.

New for 2025: a Carnival Village will be set up on Place Gutenberg all weekend (Saturday, March 22 and Sunday, March 23, 2025, 2-6pm).

The Strasbourg Carnival 2025 cavalcade will follow a fairly similar route to that of the 2024 edition.

Here are the details of the route for the festive parade on March 23, 2025 (to be confirmed): 

Departure from route de Vienne (near Parc de l'Etoile)
Rue de la Brigade Alsace
Place d'Austerlitz
Quai des bateliers
Place du Corbeau
Rue du Marché aux Poissons
Rue des Grandes Arcades
Arrival at Place Kléber
A festive finale is planned on Place Kléber, with brass bands and batucada.
